Weight has not been updating from my phone. Life got very lifey over the past few weeks. Lots of family stuff with my mother in law falling, brother getting in a motorcycle accident and then my wife getting hit in our truck. Plus all the other routine things that just happen like work and home time. Just means I had less digital time and focused on those things that needed it. I have been able to stay on track food wise and the weight is just a full bowel from not enough H2O. Everyone is doing OK in their particular circumstances - I just have a part with them all. Grateful to have the ability to be helpful and healthy enough to be useful. Part of the solution is a huge gift at this juncture.
