Woo made it out the bouncing 138-140!

Fail: I made the mistake of adding ice cream to the Frappuccino instead of just ice.. now I have a drink that'll be hard to resist, especially during this heat wave 😅
Win: Made little brownie cookies with the little one and used what couldn't fit in a pan into brownies. Added it to my cookbook, and it looks like I could get my chocolate craving out the way! 🙌

Exercise: 30min HIIT cardio

Food (1349 cal):
- breakfast: carls jr leftovers (kids cheeseburger and star nuggets)
- lunch: Frappuccino (espresso shots blended with milk and cookies and cream ice cream), baby carrots, hummus
dinner: tilapia, spring mix, tomato drenched in soy sauce, white rice
other: fallen crumbs and tester pieces of the brownie to see how rock solid it turned out in certain parts lol
62,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 3,7 kg.    Rimanenti: 5,8 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
