So much time put into meal planning, making time to do my exercise (I walked my mile every day even if it took me a few breaks, and I did a 10 minute workout at home two times every week!), I also kept up with my coach and asked for help when I needed it and it really paid off, I think I am finally back on track
215,9 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 145,6 kg.    Dieta seguita: 100%.
Calando 1,3 kg a Settimana
