this is my first weigh-in in over 2 months. haven't at all been following my usual keto/low carb routine in light of certain events and circumstances. i'm really glad, honestly i was expecting to have gained a lot more weight. hi guys, i'm back (to eating healthy)(or atleast i'll try to be(?))

Hello Sumaiya, I'm doing well thank you so much 💓 I seriously appreciate the concern 😊 I've had a really tiring and busy week so haven't used fatsecret, or stuck to my diet 😐 On the plus side I just got vaccinated this morning💉

Hey Sumaiya!! Sorry for being MIA, I've just been so caught up with my new tasks at work and going to work daily too. I've got no time left to my own devices(literally) anymore. The first couple days after the vaccine were hell honestly, I was down with really high fever and body aches/numbness all over. All good now, alhamdulillah. How are you?! I've missed ya 💓😘💕

Hi Ceto, glad you're all better. Yeah the vaccine side effects can be bad in some! Sounds like a very hectic time. Hopefully a nice winding down for Eid? Ours is tomorrow 😘❤️
