I'm finding the weekends are the hardest times to stay on track with my diet. I went to the movies with my daughter, but resisted buying any snacks. I did have two hand fulls of her M and Ms, I have to admit. They were yummy too! My husband brought home a block of Club Dark Chocolate on Friday evening, but we managed to spin it out over 3 nights. We had coffee down town yesterday. I usually drink long black, but I treated myself to a Skinny Cappuchino instead. It doesn't take much to spend the RDI's. I'm losing weight (slowly) but am worried about KEEPING it off. I have 2 KGS to go.
