Almost at 20lbs down! I wish I had taken measurements to begin with, as I've noticed a big difference in how my body looks/feels and how clothing fits. I feel like my body is less "in my way" and feel more energy. It's crazy when I pick something up that weighs 15+ pounds and realize that's how much more weight I was carrying around every day! And that I'm still carrying three times that amount extra 🤪 I am so sorry to my poor body for everything I've done to it ❤️
