So today was HIIT day, my goodness a whole 20 minute Chloe ting HIIT workout...I'm still feeling it 😭

@tglorialipoko, I was exhausted by the end of it...my exercise plan for this week thus far is consistent pushing through...Thank you so much though ...and funnily enough I feel a tad more refreshed than I did earlier. My cycle is messing with my energy levels but I won't let it😂💪
