My daughter nagged me to make a Hummingbird cake (banana and pineapple cake with cream cheese icing), so I made the "low fat" version. Very yummy. So yummy in fact, that I ended up eating 2 1/2 slices! Naughty, naughty. Hence, back on the Slim Right shake today for breccy AND lunch!
