Diario di Wanderlustee, 02 lug 21

oh my goodness my cycle and my emotions this month...well okay, I've been feeling like I want to cry and wallow all day for no reason so in light of this, I'm going to go do a light workout because I'm choosing healthier ways to deal with my emotions, previously this would see me eating loads of junk, snapping at everyone around me generally but that cycle is over . I am not that person anymore or atleast I'm learning each day not to be. I can feel my emotions but I don't have to be ruled by them #HangingInThere🌻

i've always found movement to help when I had those waves of sadness. especially getting outside and breathing fresh air. great job keeping control.
