Went to the gym tonight and feel fantastic! There's nothing like feeling every muscle in your body being worked. Ate ok today although I have to find a way to get more fruits, vegetables, and protein in my diet. Ill do it eventually, hopefully sooner than later! All I know is, is im on my way to being a more toned me! Im happy!
