Last week's weigh-in was optimistic - it was on the old spring-loaded scale and I can't read it very well - so I reverted it to the previous week's weight. I also invested in a new battery for the other scale.
We are huddling in the motorhome trying to stay warm in the cold and rain as we wait for our new (to us) home in early August. We have been permanent nomads for thirteen years now and it will be strange to live in the same place for months at a time. We will need to break out and travel occasionally for our sanity.
After eating and drinking far more than I should over the past fortnight, I stand before you this morning at 82.3kg :-(
Next week will be better. I am off now to plan a menu. Enjoy the week, everyone!
