Has anyone got any advice on how to keep tracking food? I do it for a day or two then seem to lose interest or forget!

I guess it is just get into the habit and always do it but I struggle!

Do it as you prepair the meal you can update the app during preparation

I do mine either during preparing or the night before I find the night before best as it's already programmed in. I hope this helps you 😃 xx

When I first started, I only tracked weekdays, then built it up to full weeks. I just needed to give myself time to build a new habit. Good luck👍

I do the same as Chestnut, I type it in as it comes out the fridge/cupboard and weigh foods as it gets chopped and put in pots...like u said ..its just getting used to new habits ❤️

the app has remind,it really helps me when I forget.The best that works for me,is to loggin the food when preparing,sometimes I do it in advance and then make sure I eat only the food I logged in

my advice would be planning ahead what you're eating the next day, so you already have everything logged and you just go back to the diary to check what you're having
