I'm on a new weight loss journey. I was at one time a avid road cyclist but about a year ago had a bad fall and sprained both ankles. they never filled healed and with the pain from them it was hard to get back into working out. now I'm stuck in my 40' s and trying to see what will work. I cut out caffee and most all sweets. I can budge it seems. I can work out maybe 15 to 20 min before my ankles are just so swollen and in pain but I managed to love 7 lbs in about 3 months. I'm hoping seeing others progress and willpower and will spark something for me.
