So I have gone down again… I am currently 300g away from my lowest weight on FS. The post I made about a week had so many encouraging messages. Everyone telling me to look how far I have come or telling me I’m an inspiration to them… I mean wow! I think l just needed to hear it again from someone other than myself. The last 2 months have been really tough on my family and I feel like I’m seeing the light again by just committing to myself again.
I have always said I will not weigh in on this app unless my weight has gone down because I like seeing the downhill slope. It helps me a lot mentally. I believe tomorrow or Sunday I should finally be able to weigh in on FS again…after 2 months!!
