Wasn't sure what to expect with the weigh in today -- I have been out town and still eating on plan -- but I have had to walk instead of using my rowing machine. I have also been wearing an old pair of 32x32 pants which fit -- but feel tight compared to the 34" waist shorts I was strapping on with a belt for the last couple weeks. Anyhow, all that is my way of saying I am happy with the smallish drop this week!
