super proud of this drop! I started a new job where I'm moving more and it allows me to get my exercise in while also helping me avoid snacking throughout the day. I've decided to only come on here for the occasional updates because it was becoming very unhealthy for me mentally to be updating it every day. I cant wait to reach my goal and shed off these next few pounds. 😊

Best wishes for the new job. I find the daily check in on FS keeps me accountable, but do what works best for you. The support is here when you need it.
