193 lbs today. Big garden work day with my mom yesterday. Her garden helper is on vacation in his home country for 6 weeks so my sister and I are helping mom to weed, top up the soil and top up the mulch. 8 months ago I would not have had the energy or stamina to do what I did yesterday. Not only that, I did the gardening at my house this year. I have not done it myself in years. I still have someone to mow the lawn since we signed on for a full year program (he does the snow removal in the winter). I feel so good. Today I will relax on the patio with the kids and eat well. I will get some writing done too since I feel super charged. Happy me. Lucky me. GRATEFUL ME.
