It's been a healthy few days, I went to the gym yesterday. Walked an hour to the gym and spent about 2 hours there, did a bit of treadmill and then mainly upper body muscle training.
The day before yesterday I walked for about 3 hours, my app tells me that's about 20,000 steps which I'm also happy with :)
I definitely feel these last few days, I'm very sore, especially my legs. I'm thinking one or two day quiet days would be good right about now haha

Bootylicious, thank you for the support! Yes I will try to take a break, but it seems to be a hard thing to do in its own way because you wanna continue when you feel like you're on a roll haha
