so I'm starting to get progress. and as usual something happens. Friday I'm having foot surgery and will be down with no weight bearing for 6 weeks. then be in a boot for another 2 depends how well I heal. so I'm hoping with doing good with food and metabolism up with all I been doing I won't have a huge setback.
