I eat this almost every evening — olive oil, onion, mushrooms, baby marrow and tonight I added some grated parmesan.

I love olive oil (I'm portuguese so everything has to take olive oil!) but be careful, 1 tsp is around 130 calories. 🙄

Thanks @Sancrisg, I would bathe in olive oil if I could 😂😂 I use about a tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and the app says its 119 calories. It’s probably a bit more buuut I’m ok with it because I’m usually under 1200 calories a day, at least until I get closer to my goal weight 😬
