Now I know how you IFers and OMADs do it! Haven’t eaten since 11 am and I’m starving, but…. Calorie deficit is strong (1200) and the weekly average dropped 300 calories.

I’m eating now. ER visit with the kid. All Is well-ish.

It’s all working out. Just some mono. She’s a little dramatic with pain, but doing better now.
