Last time I was serious about losing weight I hit this same weight range that I'm at now. Which I've now been stuck for most of this month, it's a bit frustrating. To that end I've started do virtual challenges (The Conqueror app) for an added motivation. Also adding rowing to my exercise regime but Grrrr
