Finally progress!
I'm happy in one way because since my weight loss has slowed I take it to mean I'm finally getting rid of some tougher to remove body fat :)
I'm having one to two fruits a day now and I walk for atleast an hour about 3 days of the week.
I'm struggling with my portions though, I have a big breakfast and then try to ignore food most of the rest of the day. I want to work on my portions next while continuing to do some of the things I've said above.
