I really thought I had gained so def surprised when I had loss a whole lb. Nope my brain still not fixed 🙃 cause even though I know I don't need to lose anymore it made me happy to see the loss 😅

Perhaps your brian is fine but you still see each loss as an achievement after so long trying to get to goal? Just a thought 😉. I’m in my weight range but each little loss is a happy moment for me and each little gain can feel like a set back until I remind myself that this why I have a goal range rather than a set number.
