I'm so proud of myself I haven't lost much but I've kept it stable. I'm currently in my 6 the week of no weight bearing on my foot . I had to get admitted to the hospital for an infection but it's doing better now. I can't wait till my appointment where the doctor will hopefully say I can put light bearing on foot so I can move around a bit more.ive been sticking to adding more veggies into my meals so I don't gain weight.this is the most frustrating 6 weeks I've had. I'm doing upper body with hand weights and left leg is getting alot of extra work having to keep my right foot up. I've paid more attention to no sugar in my drinks and less snacking except like banana chips and some keto snacks. here's to staying positive
