Arms are shaking today. I'm finally confident enough to do speed bag/heavy bag boxing workouts at the gym. Had a nice (interpret - busy) 30 minute workout on the bags today and now I can hardly type as my fingers and arms are shaking.

Lovely way to shake up the workout routine.

That was me yesterday. It was very humid so we opted to do a Jillian Michaels video and it left me shaking for a while. Always good to shake things up!!
