overnight oats, resep : 1 mashed banana 2 sdm greek yoghurt plain 1/2 cup soymilk 1 cup instant oats 1 sachet kopi instant 2sdm kismis 3sdm blueberries mix semua bahan kecuali blueberris, aduk rata.. bagi kedlm 3 toples, beri blueberries atasnya utk toping.. simpan dikulkas semalaman.. minimal diamkan 2jam dikulkas kalo mau makan langsung. sarapan sehat dan rendah kalori.. mengenyangkan banget..
