mix semua bahan kecuali blueberris, aduk rata.. bagi kedlm 3 toples, beri blueberries atasnya utk toping.. simpan dikulkas semalaman.. minimal diamkan 2jam dikulkas kalo mau makan langsung.
sarapan sehat dan rendah kalori.. mengenyangkan banget..
