Thanks everyone. @Shereen, I've been running 3-4 times a week. Not very fast, but have been very consistent. In terms of overeating, the 4 + 1 Steps from Gabor Maté's "In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts" really helped. Also not logging my weight all the time 😅

Interesting about Gabor Mate. I'm currently reading "When the body says, No"... So I'll have a look at this one that you've mentioned too. Well done. Greta achievement.

I actually haven't even read In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts - just that chapter about the 4 + 1 steps. But just going through those every evening has helped a lot. But yeah definitely keen to read more.
