for the past couple weeks I don't see significant weight loss just maintain at around 60,kg... I go to the gym at least 5, days a week, I'm not motivated by my weight loss goal all that much since it already stagnates. rather I'm motivated to go to the gym xuz its literally the only place I can go lol.... besides gym I'm home doing nothing 🙃 working out is a better alternative to doing nothing I guess. anyways i wanna try pushing myzelf a bit harder to lose more weight .....
