Disappointed. Not so much because I blew my RDI, but because of the way the calorie breakdown wound up. I ate tuna that I shouldn't have because it had way too much mayo in it. Also, I failed to realize the fat content of the foods I was eating. I have not binged today. I should be more satisfied with that accomplishment, but right now I don't feel much beyond disappointed frustration. Tomorrow I'll try again, maybe I'll stay under my RDI.

RDI is a "RECOMMENDED" daily intake. If you had an active day going 30% or 40% above your RDI is ok. the fact that you did not binge is awesome as most of here have/had binge problems.
