I felt really good this morning and thought I'd weigh a day earlier than I usually do. WOW WOW WOW SOOO GLAD I DID!! My goal is getting closer and closer. I know I'm doing things right because I'm feeling so good and taking my time. But the words of encouragement I get here, from y'all has kept me going!!!! Thank you all for helping me stay focused and not sweat the little stuff!!
