im jealous of people who can make bread. i have tried and failed so many times. i blame it on the altitude.😂

Thx for sharing recipe. It reads like a very fluffy baguette. Did not realise it's a sour dough(SD). SD suppose to healthier. It'll be a first attempt at sour dough for me. I've made plenty of baguettes, but never found a recipe I like enough to make again. This one looks promising. As soon as we go deep winter the baking will commence. I doesn't read like there's much kneading involved. I like 00 flour for bread too but just pizza.

The mixer in the recipe is a mixer with a dough hook, so there is a lot of kneading.
