Not much to say, just disappointed and frustrated.

I thought I had gotten back to a stable weight but I've gained a bit more. I'm thinking that it's because I've given myself too many off days, where I've decided it's fine to overeat. I'm going to try to reduce those off days and keep myself busy so that I don't end up thinking about food as much as I think about it right now.
72 kg Perso fino ad ora: 14 kg.    Rimanenti: 10 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
