Ugh, another day at the Cancer Institute means we were both hungry by the time we left. We love Whoppers. No getting around it. I know it is a poor choice. I could have chosen better. But I didn't. Tomorrow will be better.

CrystalJo74, I should. I need to shop for something portable, easy to eat and low calorie.

Grapes, low-fat string cheese, celery w/low-fat cream cheese or peanut butter, popcorn, nuts, beef jerky...not all low-cal, but the protein would hold you till a meal. 💙

I try to keep a "go bag" ready for when we have appts. Other ideas include snack sizes of raisins, applesauce, rice cakes, tuna pouches, hardboiled eggs. I use an insulated lunch bag and have plastic cutlery in there too. Good luck 🤗
