All I did was peel and prep veg
Celery
Onion
Broccoli
Carrot
Sno peas
Steam in microwave for a few mins
Stray a pan with oil. About 3 grams
Fry 8 prawns
Add some kantong sweet and sour 100 grams
Then cool for a few mins. I did add a little water.
It was a cheat but it was yum
Very low calories too.
