Hi Ashuri. My name is Marty. I'm going to follow you if you don't mind. I'm trying to do the low/no carbs and it's going ok. I'd like to be doing better but ok right now is good enough. Right now I've lost about 46 lbs but it's taken forever. I'm sorta at a plateau right now. Not gaining but not loosing either. I've got at least 100 more to loose. I am getting frustrated with myself. I've tried to join groups but I guess I choose the wrong ones cause I haven't heard back from them. Maybe I'll hear something this week-end. Have a good day. By the way, what is the difference between keto and low carbs?
