Yesterday was kind of a hard diet day for me. I'm sure it's related to my sad mood.
It was the first in 75 days that I felt hunger that wasn't satisfied after eating.
Anyway I controlled myself and stayed below 1500 KCals.
After the past lawless weekend I think I'm again on track. The new lowest weight testifies it...
