OK so I fell off the wagon a bit an gained back all that weight. Largely due to baking loads of cakes and bread, always a killer for me. Those sugar cravings definitely affect me somewhat, once I'm off the low carb wagon I'm really off and rolling down hill!!!

So I'll see how I get on from today, although I must say I think a bit more healthy fruit and veg is called for not just cream and butter!!
