May is a new month. I have to kick up the exercise and better eating habits. April was a real slow progress for me. With summer approaching have to get back on track.
Summer will be very busy, so must get back in a routine. If I don't know, I definitely will have more trouble doing it in June/July/August. Just too many work trips and activities going on.
Only 4 1/2 more months til my birthday, 20 more weeks. I have 42 pounds more til my goal. I can still hit my goal by my birthday if I get back on track and can pick back up on my average of 2#/week. I have to start eating better and less cheating especially since workouts have really not been there this past month.
This months goal:
Hit 159 pounds Exercise minimal of 5 days / week (follow February-March workout routine) Eat healthy!!! Avoid fast foods. Pack lunch daily for work.
I have only 4 more weeks until BL competition ends for my work. I must get back on track. $225 on the line. Since I had to buy a new front door today, could really use that money!!!
