Yes, it takes time, yes, it is sometimes frustrating, yes, I am still unsure if I am hitting the right macros, yes, the scale make me sometimes doubt the previous day's calculations, but, that means there is still room for improvement, and that means I can continue enjoying my hobby for another day.
