I've always gotten more energy after my workouts, but I used to work-out for a total of 4 hours 4-5 x's per week. Now, hubby & I just go for walks by the ocean(s) (different beaches) about 4-5 times per week. I'm lucky if I can get an hour aerobic work-out in @home with all of the cats we have now. 7 Lucky 7....we hope!!! =)
