Both my parents tested positive so I’ve been so busy all day running errands for them that I’ve hardly had time to breathe 🙈

how do you make the chia seeds and milk part, please?

I mixed two table spoon of chi seeds with 200ml almond milk (any milk is fine) and stirred it for about 5mins. Then popped it in the fridge for a few hours. You can leave it in the fridge overnight if you want to eat it in the morning :)
