oh dear , shame what have you been eating? we can help. firstly try to have small portions, also a lot of people cut out breakfast it's a big no, no because you need to fuel up for the day, try and have three meals a day and drink loads of water. Try and have green tea and half a grapefruit before all meals. My mother put me on this when I was a school girl and it works. I'm trying this now and I am 63, so here goes. Good luck. Merry Mel 🤩.
