I made myself a point to only LOG my weight when its going in the right direction. I weigh myself every day, but I just find its a lot more motivating to push forward when I log the rewards. What are your thoughts?

I just log my weight so I know if I'm going in the direction I want to be going. it's in my head either way once I see the number on the scale so not logging isn't going to make a difference for me.

If my weight on the scale rises - I wait a bit but then I log it anyway for my own information ... it is good to have a group of people like on FS - because it does help to keep you motivated in the right direction.....after a month or mid month - I just delete all the in between information and keep the month end data ....what is gone is gone and it just keeps going down ..... so all is good.

I only weigh once per week; if I weigh every day, I'm disappointed when I show zero loss or a gain.

I weigh some days, try to log Monday weight but sometimes log Friday too, but at the end of the month I delete all the weights except the one around the first of the month.
