yep that was me too but I kept on trying and finally I had a breakthrough. no problem Diana keep on trying, you will master it, and it will no longer master you. have a wonderful Saturday.

Buenita, thank you. I lost over a pound by sticking to what works for me. I did IF yesterday and no cookies. All my meals were protein heavy and low carb. That is what works for me. Have a great weekend and thanks for checking in on me!!💜
