Diario di Wanderlustee, 28 dic 21

So accountability time...yay 😅

Well I did the Chloe ting get fit 2021 challenge with my brother for about a day or 2 and then I couldn't even bend my knees the next day(I had forgotten that I need to ease into Chloe ting Workouts 🤦)and then I got the flu and it just ... yep, so here I am now, back on IF (yay💃), about to start walking more(double yay).

I know what to do and so I just have to do it. Hope everyone is having a great festive season FS Fam💛

Aaah that story was quite good to read 😅made me smile ..! Thank you!! First workouts do kill the body 😅 and that’s why a lot of people just stop gong 😅😅 that pain is something different 😅😅😅…! And for a week it’s just pain … And then the flu 🤧 aaah it’s gonna be even worse now first day back ..! Try having a fruit smoothie every morning just for the sugar and energy 🤩..! 
Yeah, a definite yes on the young sugar and energy boost in the morning..I attempted the challenge in a fasted state coz that's how I normally do it and wow strength training fasted is not okay😂🙆... I've definitely learnt my lesson.
