WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY: 2 lbs from last week, and 0.4 from when i last weighed myself before the Christmas feast began. hey i’ll take it! because i know for sure i gained a good 2-3 lbs after. i did not weigh myself as i was scared to be discouraged, but i totally felt it in my energy levels, i did my best to address it quick with a 24-hr fast. my knee is still hurting every now and then specially when i try to workout, so i will lay off the step training until next week and stick with walking and upper body exercises. more food this new year’s eve and new year’s day 😮‍💨 i know i will indulge again but i got this under control, i will be more mindful and focused on my goals! well, this is the last weigh-in wednesday for 2021 and i am glad i did not wait for the new year to start working on myself and my health. i will be entering 2022, 25 lbs lighter than the heaviest i’ve ever been! here’s to good health and reaching our goals for 2022! 🥂💖🎉
