I try to control my diet and exercise daily (5-6 km brisk walk). I have normal breakfast and early dinner (before 7pm), and take seasonal fruit (one apple or guava or pomegranate) during lunch. I also avoid tea or bakery items during office hours. I hope this helps. 
please adopt SIT ( SPRINT INTERVAL TRAINING) AND TRY CARNIVOUR DIET IT PAYS OFF ALOT I LOST 8 KGS IN 3 WEEKS
