35 minute speed rope session last night.
For the first time since I started doing speed rope 3 days per week without exception (a little over 4 weeks ago), I managed to go the entire 35 minutes at what I consider full speed (Ali shuffle, alternating single leg jumps 2 left 2 right etc, double jumps, crossovers and sprinting in place) for the entire 35 minutes. The only breaks that I took were the occational 15-20 second water/BCAA breaks and quite a few mistakes that forced me to reset (5 seconds per mistake, maybe?).
I guess the next step will be eliminating the mistakes so that I don't have to stop at all.
