I have started to use the food diary - so easy to use and quicker than pen and paper - interesting to note just how much the daily calorie intake increases with chocolate and sweets (I have a very sweet tooth) - so...am going to have to keep up with the daily exercise - not too strenuous at the moment but will "cancel out" the sweets I think. I have visitors today (cakes/scones I'm sure!) but I will record everything I eat!
